Safe Area — SafetyTraks helps parents guide their teenage drivers out of harms way

This feature allows parents to set an imaginary bounding around a designated location. If the student drives beyond this ‘geo-fence’, SafetyTraks will send an immediate message to the parent with the location and occurrence time. On-Board offers four different settings as show in the Safe Area screen below

Parents select their home or other point as the ‘center’ point. Then they select the appropriate ‘fence’ from the options above. Once the ‘fence’ is set, the parent can set up the message to direct to email or a text message or both as described in the Over-Speed Notification section above.
